China's first independently researched, manufactured, and integrated large press robot automated stamping production line was recently put into operation at Shandong Rongcheng Huatai Automobile Co., Ltd.

According to the responsible person of Rongcheng Huatai Automobile Co., Ltd., this automated stamping production line was developed by Jinan No.2 Machine Tool Group. Currently, 20 robot end-effectors of this production line have been debugged and started working, achieving automated production of automotive components including left and right side panels and various doors. The press part of this line consists of one multi-link 2000-ton press and three 1000-ton presses. The automated feeding system, in key loading and unloading links,首次adopted internationally widely used six-axis stamping specialized robots, making the entire line's loading and unloading more intelligent and positioning more accurate.

Currently, the automotive industry increasingly exhibits characteristics such as production scale, model personalization, multi-model co-line production, large and integrated body panels. This development trend places new requirements for stamping production lines in terms of high efficiency, high precision, flexibility, full automation, and safety.
